The Waffle Lady Story!

Jeanne met Brent and fell deeply in love. Soon they were blessed by God with the gifts of Cynthia, Jeffrey, Amy, Ryan, Spencer and Katie!

While raising her baby chicks, Jeanne discovered her love of cooking, gardening, sewing and all manner of home making on her ranch in Auburn, California. Her husband built her a chicken coop, a half-acre vegetable garden, a fruit orchard and a barn where she raised real baby chicks, horses, ducks and her own turkey for Thanksgiving dinner! It was during this time that Jeanne evolved into the Waffle Lady.

The Waffle Lady was very curious about all things Natural & Organic because she wanted to feed her precious family only the freshest and healthiest of all foods and grains. She learned how to preserve all of her foods. She even learned how to grind her own grains and bake her own bread . . .

Next came homemade pancakes and waffles. She ground the grains, and created the best Organic Pancake and Waffle mix anyone had ever tasted. This mix became the California (whole-wheat)Waffle Mix. If the waffles were great, then the toppings had to be great too! She loved to bake pies . . So . . .

She took her already delicious Jumbleberry Pie (blueberries, boysenberries, blackberries & raspberries) and converted it into Jumbleberry® Syrup. If that wasn't enough she opened her first restaurant called The Waffle Lady (in San Clemente, Ca) to try her ideas out on other people. This restaurant was voted one of the top five breakfast houses in all of Orange County, CA in its first year! Who would have ever guessed?

The Waffle Lady & her husband recently purchased & moved to their dream farm appropriately named Jumbleberry Farm in the fertile Willamette Valley, Oregon. Visit her on-line Blog & follow all the exciting new Natural and Organic products created in her Jumbleberry Farm Kitchen for you to experience at a Market, Cafe, Gift Shop, Online... Or in the privacy of your own home with your precious Family & Friends...
